Vortex Cabinet Coolers

Many control cabinets / enclosures are placed in an “unfriendly” environment. This means that sensitive electrical and other components (such as controllers, PLCs, Fieldbus systems, etc.) are exposed to dust, moisture, aggressive gases and excessive heat. The FIKTECH Vortex coolers flush the cabinet under a slight overpressure and ensure sufficient cooling.
Features and Benefits of FIKTECH Vortex Cabinet Coolers
  • Keep dust, moisture and aggressive gases outside the control cabinet, prevent short circuit.
  • Much shorter cooling response time than conventional systems (compared to air conditioning / water cooling / Peltier cooling).
  • Decrease the relative humidity to < 45% ! This prevents condensation and the control cabinet is dehumidified.
  • Cooling capacity 200 – 820 W, without the use of CFCs (Freon, etc.).
  • Integrity IP55 and IP66, SS 304 / AISI 304 / 1.4301 and SS 316 / AISI 316 / 1.4401 housings.
  • Simple assembly, compact construction, no moving parts, maintenance free.
  • Noise level: <75 dB(A).
  • Suitable for ATEX environments.
